Product introduction
The Fire Tubing Detection & Suppression System is an automatic, localized fire protection solution designed to detect and suppress fires directly at their source. It uses a heat-sensitive detection tube that activates at a predetermined temperature, releasing extinguishing agent precisely into the protected area. The compact, self-contained design is ideal for vehicle engine compartments, electrical panels, server racks, control cabinets and other enclosed high-risk areas.

Fire Tubing System
Core capabilities
Continuous heat-sensitive tubing detects rising temperatures along protected equipment.
Pneumatic activation releases extinguishing agent directly at the fire origin.
Wall, cabinet and vehicle mounting supports fixed and mobile applications.
Key technical features
Heat-Sensitive Tube Detection — Continuous linear detection along installed tubing.
Automatic Pneumatic Activation — Tube ruptures at activation temperature and triggers agent discharge.
Direct Source Suppression — Extinguishing agent releases directly at or near the fire origin.
Rapid Response — Activation and suppression occur immediately at the rated temperature.
No External Power Required — Stand-alone configuration operates without electrical power.
Localized Protection — Designed for enclosed compartments and concentrated fire risks.
Flexible Tube Routing — Tubing can be positioned around engines and electrical equipment.
Multiple Agent Options — Clean agent or ABC dry chemical configurations available.
Customizable Activation Temperature — Trigger temperature configurable from 100°C–170°C.
Multiple Mounting Options — Suitable for wall, cabinet and vehicle mounting.
